Booking Policy and Cancellations for Individual Room Bookings
Please note, we have additional information on the measures we are taking to protect our guests and local community from infection by Covid-19.
If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. If the booking is cancelled 30 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 25% of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no-show or booking reduction by guests (on the arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
Please contact us if you wish to make any amendments to your booking. We will try our best to accommodate your amendments subject to availability.
Bunkrooms check in times
Check-in is between 16:30 and 19:30 (unless by prior arrangement). Late check-in from 19:30 to 23:30 can be arranged with prior arrangement. Please get in touch if you need to arrange late check-in; failure to arrange a late check in may result in your booking being cancelled and the room being re-let.
Bunkrooms check out times
Check-out is by 10:00am, guests are asked to remove all their belongings from their room and lockers. Guests can check out any time before 10am
If you wish to deposit bags on the day of arrival prior to check in, or to leave your bags for collection later on the day of departure, please inform us in advance. Bags are deposited at owner’s risk.
We welcome children to the Ross of Mull Bunkrooms, but ask that they be supervised at all times. Room bookings are only suitable for bookings with children over 5 years old. Please advise us in advance if you require a portable cot. If you have any concerns or queries about children, please feel free to contact us.
Access to bunkrooms facilities
The kitchen, bunkrooms and bathrooms are closed to guests for cleaning between 10.00am and 12.00 noon. Please be aware that cleaning will also be in progress in the dining/sitting room and drying room.
Property left in the bunkroom lockers is at the guests own risk.
Our aim at The Ross of Mull Bunkrooms is to offer our guests an enjoyable and relaxed stay with us. Guests should show due consideration to the needs of others in the bunkrooms at all times.
Any guests displaying unacceptable behaviour will be asked to leave the bunkrooms without a refund.
Please remove any muddy boots/shoes and wet clothes on entering the bunkrooms. The drying room has an external door which allows guests to remove boots and outer garments on entering the bunkhouse.
Smoking is not permitted in the bunkrooms, there is a designated smoking area outside.
